Intel ME FW update:

1. Save the BIOS package file to your computer from the website.
2. Extract the file to a DOS bootable device (such as a bootable USB stick).
3. Boot to a DOS prompt. 
4. Type "rename afudosu.smc afudosu.exe".
5. Type "afudosu BIOS_file_name /FDT /MER / OPR".
6. Do not interrupt the process until the flashing is complete.
7. After you see the message of BIOS has completed the update, unplug the AC and plug in the AC and power on the system.
