	1. Save this file to your computer.

	2. Extract the files to a DOS bootable device (such as a bootable USB stick, or CD).

	3. While computer boots, enter the BIOS setup by pressing the 'Delete' key.

	4. Go to Advanced Tab -> PCH-FW Configuration -> Firmware Update Configuration submenu 

	5. Set "Me FW Image Re-Flash" to [Enabled]. 

	6. Go to Save & Exit Tab and select Save Changes and Reset item to restart system. 
	    **Do not enter BIOS menu again nor manually reset system during POST.

	7. Boot the computer to the bootable USB Flash Drive that contains the ME flash package.

	8. Boot to the DOS prompt and type ME.BAT BIOSname.###.

	9. Do not interrupt the process until the flashing is complete.

	10. After the update finishes, power off the system and restart the system.
